About Towards Respectful Workplaces

I started this blog/site to add my voice to the growing movement to develop workplaces of respect and address the issue of workplace bullying. Like many people, my interest in the issue stems from my own experience of being a target of workplace bullying.

I write from Manitoba, and I hope to add a distinctive Manitoban and Canadian flavor to the site by keeping aware of what is happening in our province and country. However, even those from outside those geographical boundaries should find interest posts the more generally address respectful workplaces and bullying.
